We will organize open meetings from time to time in the future. These are our normal preparatory meetings, where we discuss organizational matters for an upcoming Anime Flea Market, explain important things to new people in the team or educate each other. The open meetings preferably take place online. However, there are also some offline.
If you would like to join us, whether as a helper or OTAF member, it is essential that you attend at least one open meeting. On the day of the event, we do not have the time to explain things to you on site and answer questions, so we have to do this in advance.
